When you contact us or complete an assessment, we collect: your name, email, phone number, and health information you share. For assessments, we collect clinical information necessary for diagnosis and treatment planning. We also collect basic website analytics.

We use your information to: respond to inquiries, deliver psychiatric assessment services, provide clinical reports, coordinate care with your other providers (with consent), and improve our services.

Health information

All health information collected during assessments is protected under applicable provincial health information legislation (PHIPA in Ontario, PHIA in Nova Scotia). Clinical records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized clinical team members involved in your care.
