Complete our form or call. Our team reviews your organization's needs and establishes a referral arrangement for your employees.

We work with your HR or occupational health team to establish a streamlined referral pathway, clarify privacy and consent processes, and confirm pricing and volume arrangements.

Employees are referred through your established process. They complete intake, schedule their appointment, and receive multidisciplinary psychiatric assessments and/or care from our mental health nurse practitioners or social workers/psychotherapists.

Employer-formatted reports are delivered with appropriate consent. Employees can continue with ongoing psychotherapy or coordinated psychiatric care.
