About this service

How psychotherapy works at IPC

Licensed therapists with specialized training

At IPC, our psychotherapy services are delivered by licensed clinical social workers and registered psychotherapists, each with specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Evidence-based therapy for every life stage

Our psychotherapists use a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and other talk-based approaches to help clients develop effective coping strategies, address underlying issues, and achieve meaningful change. Therapy is available for children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking to improve communication, resolve conflict, or navigate life transitions.

Integrated care and our commitment

IPC is especially suited to clients who benefit from integrated mental health services. Many clients continue their care with us after a psychiatric assessment, allowing for seamless coordination between evaluation and ongoing treatment. We provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy in a safe environment, empowering clients to build resilience, foster personal growth, and achieve lasting improvements in mental health and quality of life.
